Good salesmen but quantity of campers to look through were very limited
I ordered an awning from them that I wanted installed, it took them a week to get the parts and I had to call them to see if had come in. Then they told me it would take another week to get it installed because I didn't make an appointment. I told the person on the phone that I requested installation when I ordered it, and that I would be in another state next week so forget it. Today I get a nasty message on my phone asking what I was going to do about the awning,. They dropped the ball two e on this, and then call me and complain like its my fault. If you screw stuff up....you can always just blame your customers. That's not how I run my business, and Mabey they should rethink there customer service tactics.

They didn't have what we were looking for, and really made little effort to accommodate our needs. We simply got a "no".
